Shipping policy

 

We offer free shipping in Italy on orders over 70€. No code is required, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

You can also collect your order directly from our headquarters in Silea (TV), Italy to avoid shipping costs. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout. We remind you that orders must be collected within 30 days from the order ready-for-pickup confirmation email.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link by email. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

OYBÒ cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. We kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address and ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. All products are shipped using secure and tracked shipping services from our warehouse located in Italy. You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. OYBÒ is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly via courier’s website. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at info@oybo.it.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please take clear photos of the shipping box, the products and the outer packaging, and email them to info@oybo.it within 5 business days so we can assist you further.

We currently ship to Italy, all European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.


Italy

  • Orders over 70€: free express shipping (1–2 business days)

  • Orders under 70€: 7.90€ express shipping (1–2 business days)


European Union (EU)

  • 14.90€ standard shipping (3–4 business days)


United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Canada

  • 24.90€ standard shipping (3–4 business days)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, local carrier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any customs duties or import charges for non-EU destinations are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur import duties, as VAT is already included in the final price.
