Returns
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the ordered items within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Before making any changes or returns, send us an email at info@oybo.it. Our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary instructions to proceed. To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging (all labels and tags must still be attached).
Returns that do not comply with these conditions, including items returned without original packaging or labels, will be refused. Please pack the products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any unnecessary duties and sales taxes that may apply in certain cases. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: OYBÒ SRL, Via Galileo Galilei 5, Silea (TV) Italy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all return shipping costs will be covered by OYBÒ.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received, inspected, and provided that all conditions are met, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product on the original payment method. Please remember your bank may take additional time to display the refunded amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please recontact us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another please proceed with the return of the original item. Once the returned merchandise has been received and approved, place a new order for the new item.
